All RRA rifles, pistols, upper halves and lower halves are not in stock items but are custom built to your order, and lead times for these products can vary significantly based on order volume and the availability of specific parts.

All delivery/lead times are estimates based on order volume, anticipated deliveries from our suppliers and vendors, and manufacturing capability. All lead times estimates are subject to change. Sales Tax:
Non-exempt Illinois residents are charged 8.25% sales tax. Non-exempt Ohio residents will be charged sales tax based on the rate for their local taxing jurisdiction.

NOTE: ONCE SUBMITTED ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.
Order cancellations will result in a 20% cancellation fee. In addition, cancellation of credit card purchases prepaid prior to shipping will be subject to an additional 3% processing fee. In the case of cancellation of gift card purchases prior to shipping, the gift card will be credited less the 3% processing fee or the customer will receive an in-house credit towards future purchases. Changes requested after order submission, including configuration, subs, etc., will result in a reprocessing charge.

Substituting a lower capacity magazine for the standard magazine costs $10 in 9mm; $15 in .308.

Order Cancellations:

Note:
Customers should inspect packages received and report any missing items to RRA within 30 days. After 30 days, RRA cannot replace missing items.

Returns:
All returned and/or refused products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will not apply if the return is the result of an error by Rock River Arms. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be preapproved by RRA, must be issued a return authorization (RMA), and must be returned in new condition within 30 days of order fulfillment.
