Rock River Arms ships UPS Standard Ground.
Shipping Charges to be determined and applied at time of shipment. NOTE: Complete Upper Halves will be shipped Adult Signature Required. 

Sales Tax:
Non-exempt Illinois residents are charged 6.75% sales tax. Non-exempt Ohio residents will be charged sales tax based on the rate for their local taxing jurisdiction.

NOTE: Once submitted all orders are final.
Order cancellations will result in a 20% cancellation fee. Changes requested after order submission, including configuration, subs, etc., will result in a reprocessing charge.

Returns:
All returned and/or refused products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will not apply if the return is the result of an error by Rock River Arms. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be preapproved by RRA, must be issued a return authorization (RMA), and must be returned in new condition within 30 days of order fulfillment. RRA Law Enforcement and Government Sales:

Lead Times / Delivery Estimates:
All RRA rifles and upper halves are custom built to your order, and lead times can vary significantly based on order volume and the availability of specific parts. All delivery/lead times below are estimates based on order volume, anticipated deliveries from our suppliers and vendors, and manufacturing capability. All lead times estimates are subject to change. Rock River Arms will not apply charges to your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped. Special note regarding the current surge in order volume:
Rock River Arms and our vendors/suppliers are doing everything we can to ramp up production to meet the heavy order volume we are currently experiencing. As that process continues, however, our first priority for available parts and components must be the production of rifles and complete upper halves. As a result, many parts and assemblies are now on INDEFINITE BACKORDER, and can only be shipped as they become available, and as rifle/upper half production allows. These parts include: RRA Stripped Lower Receivers and Complete Lower Halves across all calibers, Bolts, Bolt Assemblies, Bolt Carriers, Complete Bolt Carrier Groups and .458 SOCOM Bolt Assemblies. The availability of many other parts and assemblies is also affected, and additional backorders can and will occur.
